Coastal residents overwhelmed by flooding

NEW BERN, N.C. (AP) — A combination of heavy rains from Florence and a high tide has caused massive flooding in a historic North Carolina city near the coast.
More than 360 people in New Bern were rescued Friday and others were still waiting for help hours after then-Hurricane Florence swept in.
